I'm not even necessarily looking to lose a whole bunch of weight, but mostly increase my stamina and my overall physical health! I would love to get into running too, but i have always had issues with it. Were you always a runner, or did you have to work your way into it? allorahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03777641563602063057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2068721489136186001.post-30467889019614957682013-05-20T09:01:32.400-07:002013-05-20T09:01:32.400-07:00I totally did it for a year with some coworkers- i...I totally did it for a year with some coworkers- it was awesome!
Your first week will be super hard, but within 2-3 you'll be like "Whoa I'm keeping up and doing the whole thing with Shaun-T!"
I didn't lose much, but that's because my appetite went up and I made that mistake of caving. I did get awfully muscly though- and felt great!
It's the only thing equivalent to running for me, and if you stay commitment and keep eating in check I know you're gonna see some changes :) FWIL Sentimental Blog Contenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06950088695992968293noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2068721489136186001.post-74528730527700627662013-05-18T23:47:19.942-07:002013-05-18T23:47:19.942-07:00Hey girl! Most everything I have read on Insanity says that you will lose inches, but not necessarily pounds indicated on the scale. I am taking body measurements so I can see if there is any improvement there, over on the scale.

I'm excited to see and improvement in my endurance, and my overall body strength.

:)allorahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03777641563602063057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2068721489136186001.post-87402174093061239652013-05-18T23:43:56.036-07:002013-05-18T23:43:56.036-07:00I am so excited to have better endurance. But after burning so many calories, it can't be too bad, right ;)allorahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03777641563602063057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2068721489136186001.post-83847451415333519442013-05-18T19:57:32.311-07:002013-05-18T19:57:32.311-07:00I also did Insanity last fall. The pain dulls once you get going :)

Eventually I started to crave the workouts and felt bad (not guilty but unhealthy) if I didn't workout. My 2nd fit test was amazing compared to my first. It was so clearly obvious how much stronger I was.

I'm excited to see how it goes for you. It's a great [and difficult] workout plan. Just remember that if it's pounds you are trying to lose, it might not show at first because muscle weighs more than fat (and you will build a lot of muscle!!). Your body will change, but it might not be a quick spike in weight loss.

Good luck! And reward yourself after each workout with a healthy smoothie or something :)

Cheers,

Rachel De VoreAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2068721489136186001.post-83300165372618049192013-05-18T10:39:33.888-07:002013-05-18T10:39:33.888-07:00wahoo! I wasn't necessarily watching what I was eating while I did it so I didn't lose weight but I bet with healthy eating it is fool proof. But becaus eyou burn so many calories I was hungrier than ever because my body needed more energy so have lots of great snacks on hand!Hannah Ryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04399644800895943970noreply@blogger.com
